Why does the map pin sometimes appear to be not directly on the city or town of my destination?

Our advanced route planner places the destination map pin in the center of the area of your stop.  We have learned that some travelers like to stay right along the route they are traveling, while others want to explore the city or area they have chosen.  Placing the destination map pin in the center of the destination area gives uses multiple options and the ability to expand or contract the map radius to focus on the area most convenient to them.
