How do I cancel my AdventureGenie Free Trial or Subscription?

On Desktop or Tablet : 

To cancel your AdventureGenie Free Trial or Subscription, Click on the Profile button on the top right corner of your screen. Then, click on Settings. In the settings page, you'll find a Cancel Subscription towards the bottom of the page. Just fill out the exit questionnaire in order to successfully cancel. 

On Mobile :

To Cancel your AdventureGenie Free Trial or Subscription, click on the top left hamburger button. Then, click on "Settings". Scroll down on the profile page until you see "Cancel Subscription" and follow the prompts.

If you have an Active Free Trial, you'll be immediately moved down to a "Member". 

If you have an Active Pro Subscription, you will not be charged for your next billing period.
