What is the difference between creating a trip using "Custom Trip" and "GenieJourney"?

Both options will allow you to create a trip and customize.  While both use AI technology, "GenieJourney" is fully AI-powered and allows you to create a trip route using simple search terms and have our AI do the research and planning for you.  "Custom Trip" allows you to create a trip by entering destinations you know you want included on your trip and allows you to have full control over your trip.

For example, let's say you want to take a trip from your home in Chicago to Washington, DC,  to Williamsburg, VA, to Charlottesville, VA, to see sights important to America's history.  Under "Custom Trip" you would enter those cities as stops to create your route. With "GenieJourney," you can type in a sentence saying, "Starting in Chicago, I want to take a one-week trip to Washington, DC, Charlottesville and Williamsburg." The resulting trip route will appear on the resulting map and stops list.

What is the most compelling about "GenieJourney" is that it can do the research for you. For example, you could say, "I want to take a 14-day trip to the top wine regions in northern California."  Or "I want to take a one-week trip to the best fall foliage areas in New England."  Or "I want to take a 3-week trip to the National Parks of the Southwest starting in Charlotte, NC."  Our AI will search the internet for all the reliable articles and information on this subject, recommend stops at the top spots related to your search terms, and create a trip route for you. You can then add or delete other stops from the resulting trip route. In a nutshell, "GenieJourney" allows you to enter a brief description of your desired trip, have our AI research the best options for your trip, and create a great trip route for you.  It saves you a lot of time researching and planning.
