What is your cancellation policy?

Once you purchase a Subscription with AdventureGenie, we do not offer cancellations unless there is an unusual circumstance. We encourage new users to sign up for a free seven-day trial before purchasing an annual subscription, so they fully understand what AdventureGenie offers.  If you have signed up for a one-year membership, you may cancel after one year before your second-year renewal has occurred.
